Notes

Here are a few notes to keep in mind when preparing this baked rockfish recipe:
  • Make sure that you preheat your oven to the correct temperature before baking the rockfish. This will ensure that it cooks evenly and to the desired level of doneness.
  • The cooking time for the rockfish will depend on the thickness of the fillet. A general rule of thumb is to bake it for 15-20 minutes, but you may need to adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your fillet. You can test for doneness by flaking the fish with a fork; it should be flaky and opaque when it is cooked through.
  • You can adjust the amount of garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to suit your own taste preferences. Feel free to add more or less of these ingredients to suit your own preferences.
  • You can serve the baked rockfish with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, a salad, or a grain like quinoa or rice.
I hope these notes are helpful. Let me know if you have any other questions.
