Ingredients
  

  • 6 apples, medium, sliced thin
  • cup oats, old fashioned or quick oat, uncooked
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flavor
  • 6 tbsp butter, 3/4 of a stick, softened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • t tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 salt, dash

Instructions
 

  • Peel, core, and slice apples
  • Place apple slices in a greased 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice
  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, oats, and butter
  • Spread mixture evenly over apple slices
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
