  • 2 cup sweet potatoes, mashed

  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup milk

  • Boil (3) large sweet potatoes for 35 minutes. Let cool. Peel and mash.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat all but egg whites
  • Fold in beaten egg whites. This makes pie fluffier
  • Bake in unbaked pie cust for 450°F for 10 minutes, then 350°F for 35 minutes, or until knife blade comes out clean
  • Let rest for 10 minutes. Top with dollop of whipped cream
