Old Bay Seasoning is a blend of herbs and spices that was developed in the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland, and it is particularly popular in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. The seasoning blend includes celery salt, mustard, paprika, black pepper, and other spices, and it is commonly used to with seafood, particularly crabs and shrimp. Cornstarch vs Baking Powder – What to use for extra crispy chicken wings

Using baking powder and cornstarch will improve the crunch and texture of your chicken wings. But if crunchy, crispy wings are what you’re after, I recommend cornstarch. There is no difference in taste between the two, but cornstarch produces crispier results.
